Turning Over a New Leaf- Self Improvement

Fall is a time of shedding the old, and starting anew. It's a great time to make some positive changes in your life and get rid of the negativity! As I embark on my own leaf turning journey, I want to share with you what I am doing, and what has helped me along the way. Hope you enjoy!

1- DeClutter.
Get rid of the old and decide what you really need, and what is just excess

2- Get your priorities straight. We don't usually do this because it should be a mental, automatic thing, but it's not...so actually write down what your priorities are.

3- Bring the Positive into your life In the form of positive people, music, meditation, creative hobbies, recapping your success & positive moments, objects and things that make you happy and inspire you on a daily basis. The practice of Feng Shui is really great to help bring ausp icious energy into your life through the art of furniture placement and decoration. Donald Trump does it, so that should tell you something. :)

5- Get some help. Making changes can be challenging and intimidating- ask a friend or family member for help to get you on track and stay on track with your new goals.
